Shipping policy

Delivery

All orders are processed within 1-2 days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping takes 1-3 business days (excluding weekend and national holidays). 

We ship islandwide at a flat fee of 500LKR for all orders 

Items are packed by Wild & the Sage and shipped by Sri Lanka Post via the Speed Post service

To ensure accurate delivery, we require the full name, address and contact number for the delivery

In case the delivery is not accepted in the first attempt, the cost of re-shipping the products will have to be borne by the customer

At this point in time, we do not ship internationally

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees and opt for local pickup at Wild & the Sage, 311 Peellagoda, Unawatuna. After placing your order and selecting In-store pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 9am-5pm on Tuesday-Sunday.
